Returns Policy

Please read the following return policy carefully before you unpack the product(s).
- Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Product must be returned in unused and resalable condition. No credit will be given on products returned that do not have all original boxing and packaging.
- If you do not accept delivery of your order, return and original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you receive an incorrect item by our error, we will arrange return shipment at our expense. If you receive a damaged item, replacement parts will be shipped at no cost to you.
- Buyers are responsible for the return shipping, and original shipping is not refundable, a full refund will only be issued when an error occurred on our part. For low and free shipping orders, the actual original shipping charges we absorbed associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
- We cannot guarantee accuracy of color, tone or shade based on web images, as monitor settings may vary. Sizing charts and product info are included in the product detail pages. Buyers are required to pay return shipping due to color and size differences. A return label will only be provided when errors occurred on our part.

If you are not satisfied with our products or services, PLEASE contact us first before leaving Negative or Neutral feedback. Our Customer Service representative will provide Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions to you within 24 hours except holidays. Our distribution center will not accept any returns without Return Authorization Number (RAN).
